Philosophy

Most people see technology as a collection of features. I see it as a responsibility. With over 15 years in the engineering and innovation space, I have dedicated my career to ensuring that the digital tools we build serve a higher human purpose: Focus.

As the founder of Atlyx, I lead a team that transforms complex enterprise challenges into seamless, attentional experiences. We don't just build software; we architect the future of how humans and machines interact.

About Me

"Innovation isn't about more features; it's about more focus."

I spent the first 20 years of my career deep in the “Truth” of technology the engineering, the systems and the global scale. I moved through the ranks at firms like Gateway Group and IndiaNIC, eventually becoming the Chief Operating Officer at MindInventory. In that role, I led hundreds of engineers and navigated the complex digital transformations of global enterprises. We hit major milestones, but as I looked at the products we were building, I noticed a growing flaw: the technology was succeeding, but the human experience was failing.

In the rush to build more features, we were accidentally creating digital fatigue. We were winning on “code” but losing on “connection.” I realized that being a master of operations wasn’t enough; I needed to solve the Attention Economy. I stepped away from the COO role to immerse myself in the intersection of AI, Neuroscience and Immersive Tech, seeking to understand why some innovations stick while others just become noise.

I spent years experimenting in a “real-world laboratory,” testing which principles of human engagement actually survive the transition to AI and AR/VR. I realized that the gap between “Tech” and “Truth” could only be bridged by a new kind of methodology. This led me to develop the Innovation Experience (IX) and Attentional Experience (AX) frameworks systems designed to ensure technology respects human focus rather than exploiting it.

I founded Atlyx to put these principles into practice. While my early career was about the “How” of engineering, this next phase is about the “Why” of innovation. I’ve discovered it is far more rewarding to partner with founders and enterprises to help them navigate the “Attention Economy” with ethical AI Governance and Phygital strategies that actually move the needle.

As I scale this next mountain, I’m committed to sharing the “Founders Ledger” the lessons learned from nearly two decades of experimentation, failure, and success. My goal is to illuminate a path that helps your organization turn a high-tech vision into a meaningful human reality. I’m still learning and still experimenting, and I’ll be sharing the raw journey here.
